What You’ll Do
Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Support menu development and preparation of innovative, scratch-made dishes
Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff to create a collaborative, high-performing team
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help manage food costs
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Foster creativity, teamwork, and a positive working environment in the kitchen What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role (minimum 2 years)
Strong culinary skills with a focus on fresh, high-quality food
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

£37,000 + TRONC + Bonus OTE £45,000
