• Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Support menu development and preparation of innovative, scratch‑made dishes
• Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff to create a collaborative, high‑performing team
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help manage food costs
• Work closely with front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Foster creativity, teamwork, and a positive working environment in the kitchen

• Proven experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role (minimum 2 years)
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on fresh, high‑quality food
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
