Experienced- Pavement Marking Technician

• Assist with layout, pavement marking, and removal operations.
• Able to read plans and measure accurately.
• Lift, carry, load, and unload construction items including pavement marking supplies and signs.
• Operate and maintain thermoplastic striping equipment for roadway striping.
• Operate a striping truck at low speeds during application.
• Set up and remove construction signs and traffic control items.
• Operate and maintain equipment used for removing pavement markings.

• Operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment.
• Clean and perform maintenance on grinder and paint machines.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Maintain daily records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform mechanical repairs on equipment as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience (must be visible on resume).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work overnight, travel, and weekends as needed, including out-of-state short-term travel.
• Valid and clean driver’s license, ability to obtain DOT credentials, and pass physical.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and possess mechanical aptitude.
