Northwell Health - 540 White Plains Rd, Ste 300 [Health Aide] As a Hospice Aide at Northwell Health, you'll:
Provide patient care in accordance with plan of care established by Hospice Care Registered Nurse and other interdisciplinary group members;
Perform emptying and recording of patient's drainage collection devices;
Perform and assist patients with activities of daily living;
Identify and promptly report changes in patient focusing on pain and symptoms;
Keep accurate up-to-date record of patient's Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and care provided in accordance with physician's orders and plan established by nurse;
Perform a variety of light housekeeping tasks essential to patient's health care; .
