** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, patients, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare location.

+ Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.

+ Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the reception area; report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed.

+ Maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and other team members while completing required logs, reports, and administrative documentation.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Hold a New York State Security Guard License.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

+ Have customer service experience, preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
