Die Mold Maintenance SPV - Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Die Mold Maintenance SPV - Assistant Manager to join our team in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing die mold maintenance operations. As Assistant Manager, you will supervise maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvements in our maintenance operations. This role is strategic in nature, bridging operational excellence with management oversight, and is essential to maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our die mold systems.

• Supervise and coordinate daily die mold maintenance activities and schedules
• Monitor maintenance team performance and provide guidance to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular inspections of die molds and related equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
• Provide guidance and develop the skills of subordinates
• Set annual targets and action plans and oversee departmental operations
• Analyze die-related issues and provide guidance for improvement activities/Kaizen
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational and technical issues
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5-8 years of experience in maintenance,
  molds, or dies in the manufacturing industry (Mandatory)
• Japanese language proficiency at least at the JLPT N3 level (Preferable, not mandatory)
• Able to read drawing (Mandatory)
• Strong technical knowledge of die mold systems, tooling, and maintenance procedures
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues
• Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and record-keeping
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance principles and their application
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to health and safety standards and best practices
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
