As a Direct Sales Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and business growth of Blibli OMG’s mobile-phone distribution network in offline retail. You’ll identify new business opportunities, manage depot performance, and lead the sales process end-to-end — from prospecting to closing deals. This role plays a key part in expanding Blibli OMG’s offline footprint, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable sales growth across assigned areas.

What We’ll Work On Together
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand distribution coverage.
  • Take ownership of the entire customer sales process — from approach to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify potential cross-selling and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report depot operations and sales performance regularly.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and service excellence.
  • Ensure sales execution aligns with company goals and brand standards.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, field execution, or trade marketing, preferably within the gadget industry.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of general trade dynamics, merchandising, and retail execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel across assigned locations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
