As a Business Services Senior, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and limited companies across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing accounts preparation, reviewing work completed by junior team members, and supporting clients with technical queries. This role offers excellent progression prospects and the chance to further develop your expertise in accounts, tax compliance, and advisory services within a well-established Chartered Accountants firm in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
- Liaising directly with clients to provide advice and resolve queries
- Assisting with tax compliance and supporting advisory projects
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- At least two years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and relevant accounting standards
- Experience managing a client portfolio
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
