Data entry, Administrative​/Clerical

We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our clients' team in Taunton. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Days of work:
Monday to Friday

Hours of work: 09.00 - 17.30 & 1hr unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

Apply data program techniques and procedures.

Scan documents and print files, when needed.

Keep information confidential in accordance with the clients security policies.

Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Basic understanding of databases.

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills & Experience required

Previous Data Entry Experience (Minimum 1 Year)
