Membership Administrator​/Secretary

A Membership Administrator / Secretary is required to join a regional office in Taunton on a temporary basis, offering up to £25.07 per hour. This position involves delivering administrative and secretarial support, handling membership queries, and processing applications and updates.

Previous office experience is essential, with strong Microsoft Office skills and good organisational abilities required. This role suits someone with a methodical approach who can provide excellent service to members and representatives.

• Handling membership queries and processing applications and updates.
• Maintaining databases and producing reports using Word and Excel.
• Supporting with meeting arrangements and minute taking.
• Managing correspondence, telephone calls, and general office administration.
• Supporting benefits administration and basic financial processing (e.g. cash handling, banking).

• Previous office or administrative experience.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills (advanced level desirable).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
