Position: Facilities Coordinator (Fixed-Term) - 140+ Sites

Somerset Council is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support the Facilities Management team in Taunton. This fixed-term maternity cover role involves maintaining compliance and providing essential support across over 140 buildings.

Key responsibilities include managing service requests, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication with contractors and staff. Applicants should have good GCSE grades in Maths and English, a current driving license, and strong MS Office skills.

Additional benefits include 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
