Somerset Council in Taunton seeks a Senior Building Surveyor to lead a portfolio of construction, condition and capital improvement projects. You will manage budgets from about £250k to £2m, ensure safety and compliance, and drive projects from inception through completion.
You’ll work with stakeholders, use PRINCE2 methods, and undertake feasibility studies up to RIBA stage
3. This role requires a driving licence and willingness to travel across Somerset.
