Elevate Projects Ltd is seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor on an interim basis to manage housing disrepair claims, investigate damp and mould, and ensure compliance with Awaab's Law and housing legislation.
You will conduct detailed inspections across a housing portfolio, specify remedial works, oversee contractors, liaise with residents and legal teams, and produce clear reports and cost estimates.
