What You'll Do- Supporting Quantity Surveyors with the commercial management of construction projects
- Assisting with measuring quantities and preparing cost estimates Prepare and review subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Processing subcontractor and supplier payments
- Assisting with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
- Assisting with tendering and procurement activities Working with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Learning how to manage budgets and maintain accurate project records
- Attending site visits to gain practical construction experience
- Developing your knowledge of construction, contracts, costs and commercial management
