In this role the successful quantity surveyor would be in charge of detailed cost estimates, collaboration with engineers, regular reports on projects and forecasts, assist the resolving of any disputes related to cost and contracts as well as preparing tendering documents. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the civil or groundworks industry looking for a new challenge within a growing family run company where you will be the go-to technical expert for Quantity Surveying.

The role:

Primarily office based with some hybrid flexibility Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and overheads. Assist in resolving any disputes related to costs or contracts during the project execution phase. Prepare tender documents and assist in the evaluation of bids from contractors. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects,
