Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a varied programme of works across two sites in the Taunton area, with the flexibility to be based from the site closest to you.
You will manage construction and refurbishment projects from start to finish, working across a diverse estate that can include medical facilities, office buildings and specialist operational buildings.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing construction and refurbishment projects from initial planning through to completion
• Coordinating contractors, supply chain partners, site teams and key stakeholders
• Managing project costs, risks and contractual requirements
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to required quality standards
• Reviewing risk assessments and overseeing safe systems of work
