Amicus Law is excited to announce a brand-new role:
Client Service & New Enquiries Team Leader. In this position, you will oversee our team of client service representatives, while also leading our new enquiries team, designed to manage and optimise incoming client enquiries. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role that combines client service with strategic growth initiatives.
As the Client Service & New Enquiries Team Leader, you will:
- Review and distribute info@ emails
- Supervise, coach and mentor the client service team to achieve performance targets and ensure professional development
- Coordinate and organise team cover
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and conducting regular performance reviews
- Ensure that all client enquiries and issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to streamlining service delivery processes
- Prepare and present regular team performance reports to the Operations Manager
- Work closing with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Receive ongoing support and training from the Operations Manager, who will be there to help you grow and succeed in your new role.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager when needed, assisting with their tasks and gaining valuable hands-on experience in broader operational processes
- Lead the creation and development of a new enquiries team, responsible for handling all incoming client enquiries, converting them into new business opportunities, and refining the client onboarding process.
- Ensure that the client service team delivers exceptional service, handling client issues, feedback, and enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Track key performance metrics for both the client service and new enquiries teams, implementing strategies for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Mentor and train your team to excel in client interactions and business development, while promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Create and refine processes for managing new client enquiries, ensuring quick and effective responses that turn leads into loyal clients.
- Proven experience in a client service or customer support leadership role. Experience in business development, sales, or handling new enquiries is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to perform at their best.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle client interactions and lead team discussions.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and implement improvements to processes and performance.
- A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and an understanding of how to convert enquiries into long-term business relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and lead through change.
The successful candidate will be based at our Taunton office, but will be required to attend all of our offices as needed for training purposes and to provide cover where necessary.
