The Howards Group in Taunton is seeking an Aftersales Customer Relationship Manager to ownership of the customer journey and to build lasting relationships. You will work closely with the Aftersales teams in Taunton and provide exceptional service in a busy retail environment.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and are comfortable using IT software. The role is Monday to Friday with a generous bonus scheme and progression opportunities.
