Service​/Parts Advisor | Level Independent

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + performance bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (
  NO WEEKENDS

• Workload: Handling customer enquiries, booking vehicles for service/repairs, sourcing automotive parts, preparing accurate customer quotes, upselling extra maintenance items, managing job cards, and liaising directly with our workshop technician team

We are seeking a proactive Parts & Service Advisor for our busy Taunton location. You will manage customer check-ins, order automotive components, build precise service estimates, and collaborate directly with workshop technicians to deliver a smooth customer journey from intake to handover.

• Proven experience in an automotive customer service, service desk, or parts role

• Proficiency with vehicle service software (Tech Man, Autodata, or similar DMS platforms) and parts cataloguing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a practical understanding of general car repair processes.
• Excellent phone manner and customer relation skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
