Onboarding Co-ordinator
Provide exceptional administrative and customer support throughout the employer and learner onboarding process for UCS College Group’s skills provision. The Onboarding Co‑ordinator ensures that learners and employers experience a smooth, efficient, and professional start to their journey, working across Apprenticeships and other training programmes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, documentation and data requirements are met accurately and on time, liaising with employers, learners and internal teams to collect and process information, resolving queries and maintaining the highest standards of service.
