What will you be doing?

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons adapted to individual needs.

• Building strong relationships with pupils to boost confidence and independence

What we are looking for:

• A positive, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in an SEN setting is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
