• Monitor and review individual education plans (IEPs) to ensure the needs of students with SEND are met effectively.
• Work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for students.
• Lead and deliver CPD sessions

• Qualified SENCO with significant experience in leading SEND provision.
• Leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing and supporting a SEND team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, students, and parents.
• A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to ensuring that all students have the support they need to succeed.
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
