About the Role

This is a full-time permanent leadership position within the school offering the chance to shape SEND strategy manage provision across all key stages and lead a dedicated team of support staff and teaching assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and evaluation of the schools SEND strategy
  • Coordinate and review Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Train and mentor classroom staff on adaptive teaching and inclusion
  • Liaise with parents carers and external agencies to ensure consistent support
  • Monitor and report on progress and intervention outcomes

  • Dedicated SEND hub with breakout rooms and sensory spaces
  • Access to advanced assistive technologies for learning support
  • Collaboration with local therapists educational psychologists and SEND networks
  • Strong pastoral and safeguarding team support

Experience and Qualifications
