About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising whole classes across KS3–KS4

Delivering pre-planned lessons

Managing classroom behaviour effectively

Keeping students engaged and on task

Working across a variety of subjects

Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you feel confident and successful in the role.

This Role Is Ideal If You:

Have experience working in a secondary school or with young people

Are confident leading and managing whole classes

Are available to work full-time

Have strong communication and behaviour management skills

Are proactive, adaptable, and reliable
