As a supply teacher working through our agency, you'll step into a range of secondary schools to deliver pre planned lessons and maintain a positive, well managed learning environment in the absence of the class teacher. Every day brings something different - one day you might be supporting an active PE department, and the next you could be delivering IT or Food Technology lessons.

We offer continuous work for successful teachers, with repeat bookings at the same school, giving you consistency and helping you build familiarity with staff and students. Flexibility is key, which is why you decide how often you work - whether that's full time, part time, or occasional days, we'll shape your schedule around you.

• Deliver pre planned lessons in line with school teaching plans
• Maintain a calm, positive, and well managed classroom environment
• Support students with their learning, behaviour, and engagement
• Always follow safeguarding procedures
• Adapt confidently to different subjects, classes, and school settings

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills suitable for covering IT, Food Technology, PE, and other subjects
• Confidence in leading classes independently and maintaining positive behaviour
• A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to step into different subjects and year groups at short notice
• A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and supporting student development
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to quickly build rapport with students
