These settings place a strong emphasis on nurturing positive relationships and helping pupils develop both academically and emotionally.

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Supply Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time basis across a variety of SEN schools in Taunton.

The successful SEN Supply Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience supporting children and young people within SEN settings
Strong behaviour management skills, including supporting pupils with challenging behaviours
A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A flexible attitude and willingness to work across different school settings
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
