Teacher Active is delighted to be working with a lovely secondary school in Taunton that is seeking to appoint a dedicated English Teacher on a permanent basis from September. The successful English Teacher will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspire a love of reading and writing, and play an active role within the English department.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4

• Strong classroom management skills

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• A commitment to raising student attainment and achievement

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
