Kingsmead Academy invites an experienced SENDCo to join as Associate Assistant Principal. You will lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school, ensuring high-quality adaptive teaching and targeted interventions.
A potential small teaching commitment may exist to model best practice within our Teaching and Learning Framework. You will oversee monitoring of SEND outcomes, using data and practice reviews to drive strong results for students with SEND.
