As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering precision components that enable these innovations to perform at the highest level.

This is a hands-on engineering position where you will work on complex, high-precision components in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy taking designs from concept through to production and solving real-world engineering challenges, this is a role where you can make a tangible impact.
** What you will be doing:
*** Design and develop precision mechanical components using CAD tools such as Solid Works
* Produce detailed engineering drawings, tolerance stacks, and technical documentation to support manufacturing and quality requirements
* Lead validation activities, from test planning to data analysis and interpretation
* Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to improve process capability and product performance
* Drive root cause analysis on complex issues across prototype and production stages
* Contribute to design reviews, providing clear and practical engineering recommendations
** What you will bring:
*** Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong experience with
** precision design, GD&T, and tolerance analysis
*** Proficiency with CAD tools (Solid Works preferred)
* Experience working in a
** precision manufacturing or high-complexity production environment
*** Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
* A hands-on approach and the ability to collaborate across functions
