We are looking for an experienced personal tax senior manager to join our highly regarded private client team. The role offers a clear career progression and development path within a leading chartered accountancy firm. The senior manager will take compliance responsibility for a portfolio of high net worth individuals (HNWIs), trusts and related entities while also delivering tax planning and project work tailored to this client base.

The role requires significant client contact, strategic relationship building, and cross‑functional collaboration across the firm. Adaptability, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to planning advice are essential.

• Lead compliance for a portfolio of HNWIs, trusts and related entities.
• Design and deliver tax planning projects covering capital gains, investment property, development land, Trust tax, IHT and estate planning, SDLT compliance and reliefs.
• Provide non‑domestic tax planning advice and advice on high‑value transactions.
• Manage and mentor junior team members on tax deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and promote firm service offering.

• ACA/STEP/ATT/CTA/TEP or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong background in personal tax with experience as a Personal Tax Manager or Senior Personal Tax Manager.
• Demonstrated experience working with HNWIs, trusts and non‑domiciled clients.
• Advisory and planning experience complementing a compliance background.
• Excellent communication, client management and project management skills.

• £58,000 – £70,000 per annum (negotiable based on level, experience and background).
