Are you an experienced Finance Administrator seeking a new challenge?
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an administrator in Taunton to join a Financial Planning practice.

The duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Setting up clients on Intelligent Office
- Processing Letters of Authority
- File relevant documents, and record to the database efficiently
- Liaise with the financial advisers with regards to progress and completion of tasks
- Liaise between clients and providers to ensure information is complete and correct
- Process New business - ensure applications are complete to checklists and specifications
- Prepare new business to enclose memo and issue applications and associated paperwork to the relevant parties
- Issue policy documents to clients
- Existing customer service - process fund switches, sale of assets online
- Manage and issue review letters
- Update IO in relation to changes to clients or policy records
- Valuations - prepare valuations as requested
- Liaise with providers to ensure all data is correctly entered into IO - produce reports
- Customer service external and internal - liaise with clients, internal departments efficiently and professionally
- Electronic filing - scan and index all incoming post into Virtual Cabinet and liaise with designated advisers where appropriate
- Call Handing - answer incoming telephone calls
- Other duties may include: covering sickness and holiday of other administrators, assist in the smooth flowing of the department, archiving, ad hoc projects when they arise

- Previous experience as a Financial Administrator, IFA firm experience advantageous
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
