Civic Recruitment Limited in Taunton is seeking a Housing Options Officer for a 4‑month contract with a local authority. You will assess applicants, progress homelessness applications under the Housing Act 1996, and develop personalised housing plans to prevent homelessness.
You will work with landlords, registered providers and external agencies, maintaining detailed case records and ensuring safeguarding, data protection and compliance with legislation throughout the process.
