We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant who is kind and committed to their work. In this job, you will help patients in a number of settings, such as care homes and home‑care settings. Your main job will be to help people with their everyday tasks while making sure they are comfortable and healthy. The best candidate will be able to communicate well and really want to help others.

• Help patients with personal care duties like washing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help people stick to their daily routines and follow their care plans.
• Keep an eye on patients’ health and write down any changes, and tell the healthcare team about them.
• Give patients company and emotional support to improve their quality of life.
• Help in getting around and getting to places, such as driving patients when needed.
• Keep the area clean and safe for both workers and patients.
• Work well with other health‑care providers to make sure that all of your needs are met.

• It’s best if you’ve worked in home care or a comparable healthcare setting before.
• Good IT abilities for keeping medical records and other paperwork up to date.
• Able to speak and write English well enough to talk to patients and team members clearly.
• Knowing what care plans are and being able to follow them exactly.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Great people skills and the ability to understand what patients need.
