Support Worker, Community Health

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Encouraging participation in different hobbies such as swimming, bowling, musical performances, and arts and crafts.
• Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and building independence.
• Ensuring their safety and well‑being at all times.

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing full support to 4 females and 4 males with diverse needs in Taunton.
