A highly respected Somerset law firm is looking to expand its Residential Property team. Known for its efficiency, client care and long standing reputation in the region, the firm receives the majority of its work through recommendations which is a testament to the quality of service it provides.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive to join a well established and supportive team. The work is varied and will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Transfers of ownership or equity
• Right to Buy and Help to Buy matters
• Residential lettings
• Auction sales and purchases
• Advising on property related disputes

You’ll manage your own caseload, deliver clear and practical advice, and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals.

The firm is keen to speak with candidates who:

• Have solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Can run a caseload independently from instruction to post completion
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
