Private Client - Partner / Senior Associate - Taunton - 8+ Years PQE

Location: Taunton

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working)

Salary: £80,000 to £120,000 (DOE)

A leading employee‑owned regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Taunton office. This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior role within a growing team at a values‑driven, award‑winning firm.

You'll be responsible for managing and developing a high‑quality caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Tax planning and wealth protection
• Advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
• Leading business development and client relationship initiatives
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the office

• 8+ years PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical expertise across the full range of matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proven ability to win and retain high‑value work
• Leadership experience and confidence in developing others
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• Strong presence in the local market
