Residential Conveyancer

Location: Taunton Or Wells (Hybrid working)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership and equity release matters.

The role is intentionally broad and, due to workflow, can be shaped around the individual. You will work closely with colleagues across the Property team to deliver a consistently high standard of client service.

• A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Comfortable running files independently with appropriate supervision
• Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Client-focused, organised and commercially aware
• Keen to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
