A top 100 national firm is looking to grow its highly regarded Property Litigation team with the hire of a Solicitor or Associate (2+ PQE). This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the largest specialist Property Litigation groups in the UK in a team consistently recognised in the legal directories and known for its strength across the full spectrum of property disputes.
The RoleYou’ll be stepping into a thriving, well structured department led by a strong Partner group and supported by a sizeable team of Associates, Solicitors, trainees and dedicated support staff. Expect exposure to a wide range of high quality work, including:
- Landlord & tenant disputes (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge issues)
- Possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
- Building and development disputes
- Strategic land matters, options and purchaser claims
- Advisory work for property owners, occupiers, funders and social housing providers
You’ll act for an impressive client base including household names and major property stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' Property Litigation experience
- Bring strong technical ability and expertise
- Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload meeting deadlines
- Have an interest in business development and building professional connections
- Be keen to grow your profile within a nationally recognised team
