TSR Legal are delighted to partner with one of the South West’s leading law firms based in Taunton, in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 years post‑qualification experience. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and real estate finance matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work on high‑profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of our client’s commercial real‑estate department.

• Advising on Property Transactions:
  Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties.
• Drafting and Negotiating Contracts:
  Prepare, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, licenses, and other related legal documents.
• Property Development:
  Assist clients with legal aspects of property development, including planning agreements, land assembly, and financing.
• Due Diligence:
  Conduct detailed due diligence, including title review, searches, and environmental considerations.
• Landlord and Tenant Matters:
  Advise both landlords and tenants on lease negotiations, renewals, and disputes.
• Client Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and strategic legal advice.

  Work closely with other departments, including corporate and litigation teams, to provide holistic legal services.
