Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and strategic General Manager to join its dynamic team near Taunton, Somerset. As an experienced General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations across a number of establishments, whilst overseeing all aspects of management including staff management, operations, guest experience and financial planning.

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team by delivering and leading a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, monitoring inventory management and quality control.
• Recruit, train and develop a team who can meet and exceed targets.

• Proven experience as a General Manager, or a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong financial acumen complimented with analytical skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
