Manufacturing Technician

A well established manufacturer of electronic and optoelectronic products is now looking for a Technician to join their Taunton based manufacturing site.

This role would suit a Technician who has experience in a production environment, handling chemicals (including bulk handling up to 25kg).

Working in a small team, you will perform processes such as cleaning, testing, etching and electro-plating of small precise components and assemblies.

As Manufacturing Technician you will be carrying out various processes in a production environment whilst working safely to Health & Safety/COSHH standards.

This role is offered on a standard day shift, with an immediate start.

Experience:

As the successful candidate you should have experience working within a Laboratory Environment, ideally running processes such as cleaning, testing, etching,

Experience in electroplating is advantageous, but not a necessity.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Passports and Visas will be requested for verification.

Salary / benefits:

c 25-32k depend on experience.
