We're looking for an enthusiastic Thin Film Technician to join our production team and help manufacture high-quality thin film components within our clean room facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to build technical skills in a specialised field while working with advanced equipment and delicate materials.

• Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment
• Handling delicate materials with precision and care
• Operating specialist production equipment
• Working with chemicals and associated processing materials
• Following strict quality and safety procedures
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to fine detail
• Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures
• Comfortable working in a clean room environment

• Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
• Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential

• Full training and development in a specialised technical role
• Stable Monday-Friday day shifts
