Welder / Fabricator – £31,000‑£35,000 (OTE £40,000) + Training + Benefits + Early Finish Friday + Overtime
Location:
Taunton (commutable from Bridgewater, Wellington, Chard, Ilminster)
This role is open with an established manufacturer of steel architectural products. The successful candidate will fabricate bespoke projects on technical diagrams and weld metal components for a variety of architectural features.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Fabricate and weld metal components using MIG welding techniques.
- Work as part of the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Participate in overtime sessions to boost earnings.
- Background in MIG welding.
- Experience in fabrication of architectural steel products is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Monday to Thursday 8:00‑4:30.
- Friday 8:00‑4:00.
