Near Taunton, Somerset (TA21) | £14.66 per hour (rising to £18.99 with training) | 40 Hours per Week | Sunday-To-Thursday, 10pm-To-6am | Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Wellington, near Taunton, Somerset
.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives
, Manufacturing Operatives
, Machine Operatives
, Factory Operatives
, and Production Technicians looking to join a growing manufacturer offering structured training, career progression, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

What We Offer
  • Starting pay of £14.66 per hour
    .
  • Pay increases during training, rising to £18.99 per hour when fully trained.
  • Sunday to Thursday,
    10pm-6am
    .
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity.
  • All breaks paid.
  • Regular overtime available during the week and weekends.
  • Enhanced overtime rates.
  • Structured training programme and clear career progression.
  • 33 days' holiday after 12 weeks.
  • Weekly pay.
Key Duties
  • Work as part of a small production team.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks while filtering materials through machinery.
  • Programme and operate production machinery.
  • Top up chemical and fluid levels on machinery.
  • Change tooling to manufacture different products.
  • Fault-find and resolve production issues to maintain workflow.
  • Rotate between different machines and production tasks.
Requirements
  • Comfortable carrying out labour-intensive work and manual handling.
  • Willingness to work in a noisy manufacturing environment (hearing protection provided).
  • Ability to follow processes and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to training and progression.
