At SUEZ Taunton, the Team Leader will steer day-to-day activity, supporting Site Supervisors and coordinating resources to move material efficiently. You’ll drive safety, lead toolbox talks, and ensure production targets are met while maintaining housekeeping and compliance with Safe Systems of Work.
You will also conduct audits, support inductions and training, manage performance, and ensure waste acceptance checks align with contract requirements. A proactive, safety-first mindset is essential.
