About the Role

As an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) you will provide high‑quality, compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions at Wellesley Hospital. Your day‑to‑day will involve assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, mentoring team members, and maintaining accurate records.

• Provide high‑quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
• Take responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members.
• Observe, record and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided.

• Relevant nursing qualification.
• NMC registration.
• Strong team‑working skills.
