Staff Nurse – Pre-Assessment

Taunton Hospital | Pre-Assessment | Bank | Part Time | Includes weekend work

Up to £20 per hour depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Staff Nurse in our hospital, you’ll be attentive, focused, detail‑oriented and empathetic. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. With post‑registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

• Be part of a close‑knit team delivering matron‑led care in a consultant‑led service
• Work with leading talent and professionals as the first point of contact to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care
• Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
• Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
• Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities
• Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key

You must be registered with an appropriate governing body and possess the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. Post‑registration experience and a passion for exceptional patient care are required.

Up to £20 per hour, depending on experience. Part‑time, non‑fixed schedule, weekend work. Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive. Access to our Pension Scheme. Discounted gym membership at £35.00 a month.
