Night/Saturday: £25.00 per hour

Job Description
Athona Nursing is currently seeking an experienced Band 5 Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join the inpatient Team NHS Trust s is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for a block booking within a friendly and supportive clinical environment.
The nurse-led inpatient ward cares for patients who require rehabilitation or medical optimisation following step-down from acute hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within an inpatient setting.
- Support patients requiring rehabilitation and medical optimisation.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
- Previous experience working in an inpatient setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a nurse-led team.
