Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the growing team at a first opinion small animal practice in the Taunton area of Somerset.
Practice Features- Full time (including 1 in 4 weekends on a rota, no OOH; part‑time hours may be considered)
- Modern practice with high standard equipment: 3 consult rooms, theatre, cat and dog isolation wards
- Good mix of surgical and medical cases and a growing local client base
- Generous CPD allowance including funding towards certificates
- Located in Somerset, an attractive county in the South West of England, close to M5 motorways and countryside with coastal access
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- Experienced veterinarian with a broad range of GP skills
Confident in small animal medicine and surgery - Comfortable with some sole charge
- Salary up to £65,000 per annum (subject to experience)
