, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, embedding and driving a robust Quality Assurance Framework across Education and Inclusion. Reporting into senior leadership within safeguarding and improvement, you will be at the centre of strengthening practice, influencing culture, and ensuring services are always inspection-ready. - Lead the development and embedding of a high-performing Quality Assurance Framework
- Drive continuous improvement through purposeful QA activity and actionable learning
- Collaborate across Children, Education and Families to elevate practice standards
- Take operational lead on inspection preparedness aligned to DfE and OFSTED requirements
- Influence service improvement through data, audits, and performance insight
- Proven track record of quality assurance and improvement within Children’s Services
- Strong focus on education, inclusion, and safeguarding practice
- Confident in leading audit programmes, reviews and service evaluations
- Qualified Social Worker with valid registration
- Experience operating within a local authority setting and inspection frameworks
